a couple of days ago the RTM version of vista is finished.

on the 30th this month vista will be available for companies
on the 30th of january vista will be available for stand alone pc's

I don't know if it's yet available for msdn users. maybe it's leaked. but who cares anyway

more info will follow when I get it (tomorrow probably)

and it seems that they already cracked the activation

the dvd was converted to a bin/cue file. bin/cue files can only be used for cd's so the whole dvd file was screwed up.

now I have to wait another 3 days

it better be a iso this time

It is an incredible and stable release. I actually prefer it over my Windows XP install and so I have wiped that partition and kept Vista. Its pretty damned amazing.

Especially Media Center. DEFINETLY makes it all worth it.

I'm actually about to wipe XP MCE off my Del Laptop and put Vista Ultimate on it because I like it so much better.  It just does everything better than XP, and by now there shouldn't be too many driver issues.  Wish me luck, I'm going to wipe my drive in about an hour!  See you guys on the other side!
