| IBM reasearchers have found a way to make a chip run at 500ghz at room temperature using liquid hydrogen to cool it. They say it is possible to make it run at 1,000ghz at room temperature as well after more research.

| i was just about to post that up, iv just been reading it on www.overclock.net, sound awesome dont it and they reckon they can get it up to 1000ghz too
