Who is your Internet Service Provider? If you
go to their support website you should be able
to find instructions on setting up your e-mail.

Do you have an existing email address? If so, what is the part after
the @ symbol.
If you have an email account with Google (Gmail), follow these directions:

The details depend on which email provider you are trying to use. Many
people choose their internet providers as their email providers also, since
most internet accounts include one or more email accounts. Either search
your email provider's web site for instructions, or tell us who your email
provider is in order to see if any of us already know where to find their
instructions.
If they provide instructions for Outlook Express, but none for Windows
Mail, the OE instructions will probably work under Windows Mail also
if they don't call for the HTTP protocol.
