This newsgroup is short on IMAP experts, so it may take longer than usual
for you to get a useful answer here. If you have access to some other
newsgroups server, see if they offer a newsgroup more likely to attract
such experts:
comp.mail.imap
Mention that you are having problems in Windows Mail under Vista,
since they're likely to cover other email programs and other operating
systems also.
