The details depend on which email provider you are trying
to use. Many people choose to use their internet provider
as their email provider also, since most internet accounts
include one or more email accounts. Either search your
email provider's web site for such information, or tell us who
your email provider is and see if any of already know where
to find the information.
If you can find instructions for Outlook Express, but none
for Windows Mail, they'll probably work under Windows
Mail also if they don't call for the HTTP protocol.
