| | i have a laptop with OS VISTA and i have a virus that let a message appears "Windows explorer has stopped working" when i open any window even if it is my computer. or if leave the computer a while the same message appears. this virus doesn't let me even to scan the computer. what should i do ????

| Go to the technical support forum and read the posts about Windows Explorer crashing. While this might be a virus, I doubt it.
I'll be moving this post to the Technical Support forum. Look for it there.
