Hi Guys,
really annoyed that sometimes when I click on "computer" then type in a
name of one of my files in the top right hand search box my system
crashes! The screen goes grey and a warning comes up saying something
like "internet explorer/windows has stopped working" then something
like "windows will close the programme" (typical, wont do it now I want
it to do it) but its really annoying and I thought it could be
something to do with the index but I have re-indexed the index many
times and do chkdsk very often as well as defragging very often.
It happens a lot when say for example I want to attach a file below and
click on "manage attachments" and my Hard Drive(C) appears with all its
files -say I want to add a screenshot that I have labelled "vista
tweaks" so I go to type in "Vista" in that top right hand search box and
it crashes. I find if I do it slowly one letter at a time it seems
better such as - v........i.........s.........t.........a doing it
slowly like this is better but I should not really have to do this.
Any assistance is welcome.
