I would load the latest update - F6 - their list of resolved issues is
pretty brief - there may be a lot of other things they are fixing in
each release. By the way - there are a number of "Related Links" on the
support page you linked including "Memory Support List" and "CPU Support
List" - it is unlikely that your gear is not supported, but it is worth
a few seconds to check and be sure there is not some known compatibility
issue with your CPU or memory. I'll bet the BIOS update will resolve
your issue, though.

F6 is not supported in Vista. That is XP and earlier. In Vista it is the
Load Drivers button on the partition selection screen.
