| | I noticed I am missing the printer icon in control panel. If I open explorer and go to control panel I can see and access the printer entry. However when I go to control panel their is no entry for printer. Any help would be appreciated. Also I do I search the forums, every time I try it tell me I am not authorized. Thanks, LTK |

| Classic view or regular view?
Under classic it should just be there, under regular you have to click Hardware and Sound, and its in there. |

| Do you have a "Printers" entry in the Start menu? That gets you to the same place.

| You can add the Printers entry to the start menu (I'm also running Business SP1) by doing the following:
1) right-click the task bar, select properties
2) Click Start menu tab
3) Click Customize button
4) Scroll down on the left to Printers, check the box
5) OK all the way out.
