| In Windows Defender--Software Explorer--Startup Programs, I notice a couple of things that I'm concerned about:
1. Name: Publisher Unavailable (is this cause for alarm?)
File: CLIStart.exe (do you know what this is?)
Classification: Permitted (should I not permit it?)
2. I notice that my Classification for my Dell Wireless WLAN Card is rated "Not Yet Classified." Shouldn't this read "Permitted?" I'm having constant problems connecting to our LAN and WLAN.
3. There is also a file (listed as N/A :unsure named EULALauncher.exe that's running. Is this a good file or possibly malicious?
Thank you for teaching me a little about the inner-workings of computers.

| | CLIstart.exe is perfectly fine, nothing to worry about. Try permitting it somehow, i'm not really sure how. EULAlauncher.exe i havent really heard before so isn't needed so you could disable it. If anything stop working because of it jsut simply reenable it.

| When I click on EULALauncher.exe in Software Explorer (Windows Defender), I don't get the option to Disable it. So I found the program and moved it to my desktop, hoping that this would prevent it from running (but saving it just in case I need it).
When i Google the program I only seem to get hits where no one knows what this program is or can even identify its source. Someone suggested:
"I had the same problem with a new Dell laptop. The only way I found to
get rid of the Toolbar EULA was to: 1. CTRL+ALT+DEL to open the Task
Manager 2. Close all of the Toolbar EULA Applications 3. End all of the
EULALauncher.exe Processes 4. Search your C drive for EULALauncher.exe
and delete them (mine were in a Dell folder) 5. Restart"

| I noticed this file running in task manager, this is a fresh optiplex image and this was not running on the initial image. The Only software I have installed is NOD32 (antivirus), MS Office XP, Outlook 2003, and Adobe CS3 Web Premium. I suspect this file is part of the flexnet for Adobe software, end tasking on it doent seem to be an issue. everything runs fine.
