2 UAC Settings have been documented on their Explain tabs on Ultimate Edition as follows :

1. UAC: Behaviour of the elevation prompt for standard users
Default: Prompt for credentials (home) / Automatically deny elevation requests (enterprise)

2. User Account Control: Detect application installations and prompt for elevation
Default: Enabled (home) / Disabled (enterprise)

Please direct me to where I can get defaults for the other editions. Which Editions are identical for the above UAC default settings ?

Vista Business and Ultimate editions are quite same and I have used both so I can tell you the UAC settings are same with Business and Ultimate. Not sure about other editions.
