I have two computers with Vista Home Premium preinstalled. I know that an
upgrade to Vista Ultimate is $159. How much will it cost for the second
computer and what is the procedure?

Same cost, same procedure. The purchase of the first upgrade license allows
you to do one upgrade. To do a second upgrade you do the same thing again
but this time to the *other* computer.

You'd be better off buying the full retail version.

$159, if that's the price for the first.

Same procedure. Each computer is separate and there unfortunately is
no discount for buying two.
